STUDIO.two Waivers and Policies - Prepared 27/03/2023

All members voluntarily agree to participate in STUDIO.two activities.

All members are responsible for their own belongings. STUDIO.two will not be liable for any loss or damages to any members property.

STUDIO.two is a strict shoe free and no sock, no participation studio.  This is to help to keep our reformers in pristine condition and also health and safety and cleanliness.

Please ensure all reformer equipment is wiped and sanitised (with cleaning products provided) immediately after use.  This includes, reformers, jump boards, boxes, props, etc

STUDIO.two will not be held liable for injuries sustained by any member or attendee during participation of any kind at the STUDIO.two premises. STUDIO.two will not be liable for proceedings, damages, costs, expenses, claims and demands instituted or made as a result of the member or attendee sustaining a loss or injury whilst participating in the activities at the STUDIO.two studio.

If you have flu-like symptoms including a sore throat, runny nose or fever, or are generally unwell, please keep yourself and others safe and healthy by refraining from attending class until cleared by a medical specialist. If you need to reschedule a class please reach out to your studio.

All members are required to follow all instructions and rules of STUDIO.two at all times.

STUDIO.two will not tolerate disruptive or disrespectful behavior.  Anyone found to be violating rules, codes of conduct, or found to be disruptive or disrespectful to either another individual, group or instructor may be asked to leave the class or premises and may be refused return without refund.

STUDIO.two has a strict 12 hour maximum cancellation period.  If you fail to cancel your class within 12 hours of arrival, you will be charged unless we are able to fill your spot.

A copy of the STUDIO.two Handbook with procedures and policies can be provided if required.

Terms & Conditions of Fees:

- All concession cards or memberships are incl GST and will incur a processing bank fee charge if paid via credit card

- Classes are to be booked and paid prior to arrival to secure your position in requested classes

- If a trial class is required, one trial class is permitted. Any member trialing for more than one class will be charged for classes

- No refunds will be given for any class no show. STUDIO.two has a strict cancellation policy of a maximum of 12 hours prior to class to ensure no cancellation fee will be charged.  If you fail to cancel your class within 12 hours of arrival, you will be charged unless we are able to fill your spot.

Photographic & Video Release:

- Members permit STUDIO.two to post and advertise (by photographs/video etc) the members participation in all STUDIO.two activities via social media (i.e Facebook/Instagram) and website for no restricted time

I Understand and agree to the terms and conditions that STUDIO.two has implemented above.  In case of emergency I permit STUDIO.two to seek and or provide medical assistance if and when necessary and I agree to cover if any medical costs are incurred
