Reformer Pilates:

Not just great for your core, Reformer Pilates is the ultimate full body workout for all fitness levels and capabilities. These classes will lengthen, strengthen and tone the body, improving functional movement in day to day life.

Men’s Club Reformer Pilates:

Pilates is particularly good for guys because it trains a lot of different muscle groups and greatly benefits your endurance, flexibility, balance and posture. Suitable for all ages and stages and for all job sectors - Tradies to Office workers. Not just athletes.

Private 1+1 Pilates Sessions:

Book either a 45 or 60 minute private reformer class with one of our reformer instructors to get a personal movement session. Please inquire for more information on private sessions and pricing.

Barre Pilates:

Inspired by elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, Barre is a full body, muscle endurance workout known to give the body long and lean 'dancers' limbs.

Hot HIIT Pilates:

For the guys and the gals. Using Pilates Principles, HIIT Pilates is a challenging full body, low impact, high intensity workout. HIIT PIlates strengthens muscles and burns calories without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. The aircon will not be turned on during this class to allow your body and muscles to work safely in and benefit from the warm temperature. Please bring you own mat and towel for the HIIT Pilates classes.

Classical & Sculpt Mat Pilates:

No two classes will be the same as Mat Pilates can be done in many different styles and with a number of different props to aid in refining and conditioning the body. On the mat, your body weight provides resistance against gravity, making the workout high in its intensity, without loading the joints.
